Service Packages (Membership & Programs):
Due to nature of digital service delivery (training plans,
online coaching, consultations), all service package sales are
final and non-refundable once the program has started.
However, if you believe there was a billing mistake or serious
service issue, you can contact us at

within 7 days of purchase
for review.

Mechandise (Apparel & Equipment):
Physical products like SPClub apparel, gear, or equipment may
be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

You have proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email).
If eligible, customers can receive either a full refund or
exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
unless the item was defective or an error was made on our end.
- Non-refundable items.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
- Donwloadable digital products.
